A fire put the original Three Kings Delmar Loop location out of commission in April 2023. The devastating loss was met with unwavering community support, and the owners vowed to one day return to University City, Missouri. At the time of the fire, the restaurant released a statement that stated: “Three Kings Public House will be back. We will be even better, and we will always be an active part of this amazing community in University City.”
A year later, the new iteration of the restaurant will open its doors to excited patrons. With accommodations for up to 300 people, Three Kings will offer indoor dining, patio dining along Delmar Boulevard, and – in owner Derek Deaver’s words – an “epic outdoor back patio” that can seat up to 200 guests. The new restaurant is increasing its size by 2,300 square feet and will feature 20 TVs and multiple private party rooms.
