Opus is planning an eight story 95-foot tall apartment building with retail at 6630 Delmar, replacing the Commerce Bank and the former Craft Alliance building. in the Delmar Loop. The space once location to St. Louis BreadCo has ben vacant for quite some time.
The target demographic will be primarily students of Washington University and other universities in the area along with young professionals. The building contains 189 apartments with 476 beds. steel frame construction, approximately 400 parking spots (366 garage parking & 34 surface stalls), meeting code. The parking entrance is off of Loop South.
