The Snow Ball:
The Loop Ice Carnival kicks off on Friday night January 17 from 8 PM to 2 AM with the legendary Snow Ball atop the Moonrise Hotel, 6177 Delmar. This one-of-a-kind party features arctic-inspired cocktails, fashion, and music. Entry to the Snow Ball is just $5, or you can donate two canned goods and come on up! Catch Anna and Elsa from Frozen 2 singing throughout the Carnival Street from noon to 3pm on Saturday. Frosty will keep things cool on Sunday from noon to 2pm followed by an appearance by the Snow Queen. Throughout the rest of the event catch stiltwalkers, fire dancers, jugglers, and more!
