This weekend is an annual outdoor event that’s fun for the whole family. It’s the Loop Ice Carnival and it’s your chance to try out an ice slide, see ice sculpting in action, and even pick out dollar coins frozen in ice cubes. Jimmy V met a man that helps make it happen.
