Andrew Cisneros has long since proved himself a key player in St. Louis’ food scene, from his award-winning Peruvian bistro Jalea to the fast-casual Sanguchitos by Brasas stall inside Perennial Artisan Ales. Cisneros’ newest restaurant is a look back at the concept that started it all, before Jalea was a twinkle in his eye: Brasas. The Peruvian rotisserie chicken shop will open its first brick-and-mortar location on the Delmar Loop in spring 2024.
