The East Loop CID proudly presents the annual Dia de los Muertos Festival in the heart of the Delmar Loop—an evening filled with tradition, community, and vibrant cultural celebration. This free, family-friendly event brings together food, art, music, and heritage to honor the memories of our loved ones and celebrate Hispanic culture.
