Officials with the Delmar Loop Mural Festival invited artists from across the U.S. to transform the walls of various businesses and landmarks into colorful works of art.
We’ll talk to the founder of the project, as well as some of the artists involved. While the whole thing kicked off with a festival, it’s quickly becoming a year-round beautification project that’s got everybody talking about it.
