You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the event’s community Altar. Bringing a photo or memento to honor a loved one.

Vendor Sign-Up for Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Event Date: Saturday, November 2, 2024
Event Time: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Intersection of Delmar Blvd. and Rosedale Ave.

Join us for our Dia de los Muertos celebration and showcase your products, food, or services to a vibrant and engaged audience! This family-friendly event will be filled with music, performances, food, art, and cultural festivities. We are seeking local vendors to add to this colorful and lively atmosphere. Note we are primarily seeking food vendors, but will consider other products.

Vendor Details:

• Booth Size: 10×10 feet (unless a different size is requested)
• Vendor Fee: $250
• Set-Up Time: Starts at 8:00 AM, all vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.
• Event Time: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tear Down: Begins at 10:00 PM
• Note: Power will not be provided. Food vendors must comply with the City of St. Louis health codes and obtain a permit for the day of the event.

Important Information:

• We are only accepting 20 vendors for this event, and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
• Refunds will not be issued, as the event will take place Rain or Shine.
